Sell Savie Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Sell Savie, Inc. ("Sell Savie", "we", "our" or "us").

Each Promotion will have its own announced start and end dates.

Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion begins at the time announced by Sell Savie and ends exactly one week later at the published closing time ("Promotion Period").

Entries received after the Promotion Period has ended will not be eligible.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of Sell Savie and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

To enter, complete the entry method announced with the Promotion.

For example, where stated, an eligible entry may consist of creating one or more listings through the Sell Savie app during the Promotion Period.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Each eligible participant will receive one entry per qualifying action.
• Fraudulent, automated or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Sell Savie reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Where applicable, a free alternative method of entry ("AMOE") will be provided in the Promotion announcement or by contacting hello@sellsavie.com before the Promotion closes.

Unless otherwise stated, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will typically be announced on the Wednesday immediately following the Promotion closing date, unless otherwise communicated.

The prize will be exactly as described in the Promotion announcement.

Prizes:

• are non-transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law;
• may be substituted by Sell Savie with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Any taxes or other costs associated with accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The selected winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their Sell Savie account or through another method specified in the Promotion announcement.

If the winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• fails to respond within seven (7) days;
• is found to be ineligible; or
• declines the prize,

Sell Savie may select an alternative winner.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sell Savie may use their first name, first initial of their surname, city, state, and any submitted photos or testimonials relating to the Promotion for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sell Savie reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion;
• uses bots, scripts or automated methods;
• provides false information;
• violates these Terms or the Sell Savie Terms of Service.

Sell Savie may cancel any entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent or abusive.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sell Savie and its affiliates, officers, employees and representatives from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Sell Savie reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate a Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sell Savie Privacy Policy.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Apple, Google, eBay, Depop, Poshmark, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a Promotion announcement, the Promotion announcement will govern for that specific Promotion.
